As co-owners of Lollipop Collective, Mel (left) and Bianca (right) are the driving force behind everything we do. These powerhouse women are passionate about supporting your small business dreams and are dedicated to helping you thrive.
Mel is analytical and has an incredible way with people, ensuring everything runs smoothly while building strong relationships with our vendors, staff & key stakeholders. Mel brings a background in Finance, Management, and Training & Development, giving her the expertise to streamline operations & support business growth. Her attention to detail and problem-solving skills drive efficiency and keep things running smoothly.
Bianca is a visionary risk taker, bringing boundless energy and fresh ideas to push the business forward. With her unstoppable drive, she tackles every obstacle with a solutions-focused mindset.
She’s also committed to supporting our small businesses in achieving their 2025 goals, providing guidance and strategy to help them grow and succeed. Together, they make an unstoppable team!

Meet Jo
Our Collective Manager
Jo is the glue that holds our team together! With 20 years of retail experience, she’s a merchandising wiz who knows how to create eye-catching displays that drive sales. Passionate about customer service and strategic growth, Jo is always thinking of new ways to help our vendors succeed.
Jo also plays a key role in managing our retail team and fostering strong relationships with our vendors, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued.
Right now, she’s soaking up precious family time on maternity leave with her beautiful baby boy and his big sister—but we can’t wait for her to return!

Meet Becc
Our Admin Coordinator
Becc is your go-to gal for all things admin (and everyone’s favourite because she’s the one who pays the sales!). With the bubbliest personality, she’s always up for a chat and brings so much warmth to our team.
As a small business owner herself, Becc knows firsthand what it takes to run a business, which is why she cares so deeply about our vendors. Whether it’s answering questions, keeping things running smoothly, or cheering our vendors on, Becc is always here to help!

Meet Kita
Our Operations Manager
Kita has been with us since day one of expanding Lollipop Collective into our very first interstate stores in Melbourne – and she’s been an essential part of our journey ever since!
As both a vendor and small business owner herself, Kita truly understands the ins and outs of what our community needs. She brings that unique perspective into everything she does – from building smarter systems behind the scenes to streamlining operations across all 17 stores.
With a strategic mind and a calm, solutions-focused approach, nothing ever feels too hard for Kita. She’s our go-to problem solver, roster queen, and the driving force behind many of the innovative ideas we’ve implemented across the business. If there’s a challenge, you can trust that Kita is already two steps ahead!

Meet Ella
Our Business Development & Events Manager
Ella is at the heart of growing the Lollipop Collective. She leads business development and events, connecting with new vendors and welcoming fresh brands into our stores across Australia.
From onboarding to ongoing support, Ella also focuses on vendor retention - ensuring every business feels valued at every stage of their journey. Her work keeps our community evolving, vibrant, and full of opportunity.
Meet Paul
Our QLD Manager
Paul leads our Queensland stores with a practical, results-driven approach. New to the head office team, he has quickly made a positive impact - strengthening team performance and helping drive sales growth across the region. With a strong focus on leadership and team support, Paul plays a key role in building a motivated and successful retail environment.
Meet Jovie
Our Roster/Admin Assistant
Jovie keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Managing rostering and day-to-day administration, she supports both our retail teams and head office operations with efficiency and care.
Her attention to detail ensures our stores are well-supported, allowing the wider team to focus on delivering a great experience for our vendors and customers.

Meet Kaylee
Our Social Media Manager
Kaylee brings the Lollipop Collective to life online. She creates engaging content that showcases our vendors while also providing valuable tips on how to capture their products and displays through photos and video.
Her reels are a favourite among our community, helping vendors feel confident in promoting their own businesses while strengthening our brand presence.
Our Retail Support Coordinators
Our Area Managers oversee the day-to-day operations across multiple locations in their state, ensuring everything runs smoothly. They are the go-to person for problem-solving, team leadership, and vendor support. From coordinating logistics to maintaining high standards in-store, they play a vital role in keeping our collective thriving.
