TWILIGHT MARKET & MOVIE NIGHT

A night of shopping & free entertainment at Eighty Eight O'Connell to celebrate the holiday season!

Markets will be open from 4pm & the movie will commence at 8.45pm
Open to all local businesses and stallholders (not limited to baby/kids)

 What a great way to get all Christmas gifts in one place!

Free Outdoor Cinema on the grass showing - THE GREATEST SHOWMAN. This is a fun family night out for all ages with entertainment including local singers, Santa, kids activities & yummy food! Also Free Face Painting and Balloon Sculpting for the kids from 4.30pm - 8.30pm

CIVIC PARK AUSDAY 

Join us on Sunday 26 January from 10am to 3pm to celebrate Australia Day in Civic Park with a day of festivities.

 

Open to all local businesses & stallholders (not limited to baby/kids)

The park will be busy with free family entertainment. The council working hard on finalising the entertainment offerings, but for now stay tuned and join the event to get updates (click on photo for link)

This is a free event.

Lollipop Markets has been established for the past 9 years & is the biggest kids market in Adelaide. We showcase unique, boutique and handmade items for expecting parents, babies & children. Our markets are held quarterly in Adelaide and our stall holders come from all over Australia. Each stall holder is handpicked by the Lollipop Markets team.

Please note:

If you are a food vendor you will need to complete the FOOD VENDOR application form 

You will receive the following as a stall holder

  • a market on a Sunday from 10 – 3 

  • Lollipop Markets open for 5 hours during the day, to maximize the number of guests passing through our doors

  • Advertising leading up to the event on Instagram, Facebook, our website, newsletters & external partnerships

  • Sponsorship options to further promote your business

STALL OPTIONS 

STANDARD STALL - 3M Wide x 2M Deep - $195

MINI STALL - 1.8M Wide x 2M Deep (length of a trestle table with no space either side) - $145

OUTSIDE STALL (If available) 3M x 3M - with the option to bring your own gazebo or hire one through us - $110

All stalls include 

  • A trestle table measuring 1.8m x 75cm – no table cloths are supplied, you will need to bring your own

  • A chair

  • Floor plans and your stall location will be provided to you closer to the market date 

  • A comprehensive market checklist & information pack for you to plan your day

  • x1 Social Media post to promote your stall. Our Facebook page has 22,000+ followers (supplied by the Stall Holder)

  • Listing your business on our website with a link to your page/website in our stall holder's directory 

Cost to be a stall holder at Lollipop Markets

Lollipop Markets prides itself on bringing only quality items, in a beautiful location, with a gorgeous bunch of event organisers to the public for a very special shopping experience. We are a boutique market and this is reflected in our stall fee. Please see above next to Stall Options for corresponding prices. These prices are all based on you supplying a Certificate of Currency for your Public Liability. If you do no have Public Liability and need to be covered under our policy for the day please add $15 to the stall prices. Please note there are condition surrounding this option & you acknowledge cover is only for the day of the event for Public Liability & DOES NOT include products liability.

 

Please note that Lollipop Markets fees are subject to change without notice. This may be due to price increases in any or all of the following:  CPI, venue hire, insurance, equipment hire and/or advertising

Conditions

As we are a business too and are putting many hours in to Lollipop Markets, it is important to consider your application with us. Our policies are:

  • Security of products is the responsibility of the stall holders

  • All cancellations must be made in writing, by email to Lollipopmarkets@gmail.com

  • We will refund 50% of the stall fee if you cancel with us more than 4 weeks out from the market

  • Non-refundable stall fee if you cancel within 4 weeks out from the market

  • If  you are using Lollipop Market's Public Liability Insurance you acknowledge that cover is only for the day of the event and in the case of a claim the $1000 excess fee is payable by the stall holder along with any other costs/fees associated. Cover does not include products liability

  • Please be aware that any charges that are passed from Lollipop Markets venue for damage to the venue due to stall holders negligence all associated costs will be payable by the stall holder at fault

  • Nothing is to be hung, stuck or added to any walls or structures of the actual venue

  • We understand that you may release new products after you have sent in your application to have a stall with Lollipop Markets and detailed the products you will be selling, so please keep us updated with your new products and we will consider allowing you to include them in the market. We all love new products don’t we!

  • In the unforeseen circumstances that Lollipop Markets is cancelled due to circumstances outside of our control, Lollipop Markets will retain a booking and advertising fee and you will receive a 40% refund of your stall fee
